I am not sure how best to calculate or estimate it unless by weighing the oats (once soaked) before and then weighing the pulp to see the difference. When blending, I add about a tablespoon of molasses and some coconut oil for extra minerals and fats for her. I'm not sure that it would be good to use in place of formula or breast milk, but giving her a bottle or so a day helps get some good nutrients into her.
